Approval Of Wedding Order Proofs
We aim to send over PDF proofs to you within 2 working days via email from placing a full order. Please note, colours may slightly change due to monitor / software appearance however the proofs will print exactly as the order you placed. It is your responsibility to check all proofs carefully against the details you have provided to us, especially spelling, grammar, style and layout.
No order is sent to print without your confirmation via email; once approved, we can proceed with printing products.

Despatch / Delivery On Orders
Our estimated despatch times for wedding products can vary and are listed on individual listings. We aim for 3-5 working days but can be earlier depending on product and if proof is required of product. All other products are dispatched within 2 workings days. Any dates quoted for delivery of orders are approximate only. The Little Print Box are not liable for any possible delay in delivery of your purchases.
Personalised items are despatched within 3-5 working days after proofs have been approved. We despatch orders daily Monday to Friday (excluding all holidays). We always try to produce and print orders earlier if we can. We do not send orders by post on weekends.
Please note that standard delivery does not provide a guaranteed delivery date. The Little Print Box is not liable for orders delayed due to circumstances beyond our control, including and not limited to weather conditions, flood, fire, riots, strikes, damage, government actions and any other similar events.
If an item goes missing and the online delivery record shows that the item was delivered, the sellers takes no responsibility. Any signature obtained by the delivery company is valid proof of evidence the order has been delivered.

All designs are handcrafted and made to order. We aim for the best quality of printing and products. Slight variations in colour and materials may occur from card to card and may differ slightly from the photographs on out website.
The above variations are part of the manufacturing process and do not constitute grounds for complaint or replacement / refunds.
Care should be taken when handling your products purchased from The Little Print Box you will receive your products in perfect condition, wrapped in tissue paper or compostable cellophane bags instead of polythene bags to reduce plastic. All products are checked throughly by me before dispatch to you.
Our prices are subject to change without prior notice, but confirmed orders secured and paid for will not be affected.

We use Royal Mail for our shipping to mainland UK postcodes, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Scilly Isles, Republic of Island, Scotland and Scottish Isles. All prices quoted are for UK delivery only unless otherwise specified.
The Little Print Box does not hold responsibility for incorrect shipping address the customer has provided; please ensure that you provide the correct information when ordering products. If you need to change the delivery address, please contact The Little Print Box via email as soon as possible before you receive the despatch email.
Delays during busy periods such as Christmas and bank holidays; we are not liable for shipping delays. Once we have despatched the orders; we consider we have fulfilled the customer order.
Currently we are not offering international shipping at the moment. We are looking into ways we can arrange this for our future growth of business.
Postage & Packaging
Named as The Little Print Box, majority of our orders will be delivered to the customer in suitable sized box that reflects your order size. We use letter sized boxes that should fit through your letter box. In some cases if the quantity is lower than 20 items, we may consider the use of alternative packaging to reduce wastage.
If you are out, you will be responsible to collect your item from the couriers suitable location; most postmen leave a calling card.
The postage and packaging cost includes the cost of all envelopes & packaging as well as delivery from our Northamptonshire location to your chosen delivery address. If you wish to check the postage and packaging costs on a particular order, we advise you to place the items in the shopping basket and the site will calculate the charge. P&P costs vary depending on weight / size of what’s being packed and posted. We do our best to keep costs as low as possible.
All items will be despatched and shipped together to save postage costs.
In the unlikely event that your items received are not what you ordered, damaged or a different quantity to the amount indicated on your order, The Little Print Box shall, at its own discretion, amend the order, replace damaged goods, replace defective goods or refund to you the amount you paid for the goods in question provided that you notify us of the problem in writing via our Contact Us page within 14-days upon receipt of goods, we may ask for photographs to be taken of goods.
We hold a 14-days return policy for the standard generic (non-personalised) products.
Items must be returned in their original condition; you are responsible for any charges relating to returning the goods and within a safe return. We will not refund or replace any item if the original item is not returned to us first. We advise you to get proof of postage from your post office in case an item is lost in the post. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations if we find that the product has not been returned to us in fully resalable condition, we reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund on the item.
We cannot accept returns for any personalised items that are in good condition. We design and make to order and as such cannot be resold. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Cancellation of Orders
You may withdraw from the contract before any non-proof (non-personalised) products or proofs (personalised) have been drawn up within 24 hours after placing the order and request a full refund; no refunds will be offered after this time.
Healthy and Safety
Some of our designs contain small detachable parts, they are not suitable for young children and pets.
Designs and Copyright
The Little Print Box reserves the right to display any designs on their website and in promotional and marketing materials.
All designs remain the copyright of the little print box and may not be copied, reproduced or used in any way other than the agreed use of stationery. All stationery supplied may carry a discreet reference to the designers website. The Little Print Box take no responsibility for the inclusion of any material that is in breach of copyright law.
Date Protection and Privacy
The Little Print Box is committed to protecting the privacy of our website users.
Any personal information provided to The Little Print Box website will be processed in accordance with the principles set out in the Data Protection Act. The Little Print Box do not share information submitted by our website user with third parties.
